- We reserve the right to update or withdraw products at any time.
3. Sales Terms
- A contract of sale is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
- Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full and the goods are delivered.

5. Liability
- We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but small variations may occur.

Sales Terms
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- We do not guarantee ongoing stock once a limited edition product sells out.
- Equestrian R Infinity Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment issues occur or product availability changes.
Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery
- We ship via selected couriers.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout and added to your order total.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery times vary by courier and location, but typically within 3–5 working days UK mainland.
Returns
- You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return and the item inspection.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for your preferred choice.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Please contact us at craig.benton@eqrltd.com within 48 hours of delivery including photos of any faults or damage, and let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. We will arrange this for you promptly.
